THE COMPANY

Gallegos Lighting was established in 1983 to supply the highest quality lighting design services to the architectural, speciality design, and exhibit industries. Our goal is to combine architectural and theatrical design to create environments that speak to the needs of human beings who are experiencing a space. We believe in telling the story of a project in light, a story developed with the project team of owners, designers, and contractors.

We have successfully taken this approach to projects large and small over more than a quarter century. We measure this success by the metrics of user satisfaction and appreciation, repeat business from our clients, and industry recognition in the way of professional awards.

We work internationally with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Santa Fe, and Raleigh Durham.

All of our projects are staffed and designed according to the needs of the client and the project. In our very electronic world, we are efficient at utilizing the firm’s talent no matter where they may be located.

We have developed the capability for creative and technical support through the efficient use of electronic exchange systems. We have developed an extensive database of lighting fixture specifications and details to assist us in the production of design deliverables.
